What is this treatment?
Dermaroller Therapy can significantly improve the appearance of:

How does it work?
Dermaroller works by producing thousands of microscopic needle columns in the dermis of the skin. These stimulate the skin to regenerate and repair itself naturally and safely.
How many treatments do you need?
A trained Dermaroller practitioner will normally recommend a series of up to 3 Dermaroller procedures with approximately 6 weeks between them. For patients with scaring this may need to be extended to 4 or 5 procedures depending up on severity and the individual’s response.
Possible side-effects
The patient looks as though they have mild to moderate sunburn after the procedure and normally recover the same day with only a little residual redness the following day.
Your results
The natural regeneration and repair that Dermaroller creates takes time as new collagen and elastin is formed, new skin cells are generated and the blood supply in the dermis is enhanced. It can take up to 6 weeks before visible signs of regeneration and repair are seen and the process will continue over the following months providing a gradual and long lasting enhancement.
